If you want to take the plunge on the cheap, there are plenty of ways to do it.
The big four fitness brands – Fitbit, Jawbone, Fitbit Blaze and Strava – offer a range of fitness tracks to suit your fitness needs, and there are also several online courses for those who want to learn to cycle or jog.
But for the serious, there’s a more expensive option out there.
The more expensive fitness track is the Fitbit Charge HR, a wearable that offers up to four workouts per day.
The device is available in black and white, silver and titanium, and comes in four different colour options.
To start, you’ll need to purchase a subscription from the fitness app and then a charge card at a specific point in time.
The subscription costs £20 per month and you’ll get access to the four workout days.
To get started, you need to be logged in to your Fitbit account and you need a phone number and email address to set up the account.
Then you’ll be able to set a reminder to do your first exercise, and when you do so, you can tap the ‘start’ button to begin.
You can then set a date for the next workout to start.
To add more workouts, you will need to use the ‘More’ button.
After you’ve done your first workout, you then have the option to add a second one.
You’ll then be able tap the third workout and add another one.
Each of these exercises can be done in 30 minutes, and you can set a timer.
If you’d like to get some more fitness, there is a Fitbit Fitness Club option available which costs £35 per month.
The membership costs £40 per month for five months and then you’ll have access to five exercises.
The fitness app will then let you know when you have completed the first set of exercises, and then the second and third sets will start, with the fourth set starting 30 minutes later.
It’s all available to you from anywhere, so you can choose where you want it to start each day.
You also get the ability to change your workout plan, if you’d prefer, and to have a few extra workouts to go along with them.
The best part about the Fitbits is that you can take the device on a bike ride, or even a run.
This feature is also available for those with an active lifestyle.
You will be able select an activity that suits your fitness level, and the bike or run will start as soon as you turn on the FitBit.
If that doesn’t suit you, you may want to consider a bike, run or treadmill.
If there are other fitness trackers you would like to try, there can be a range to choose from.
If all you want is to see how the FitBits work, there could be a FitBithome option, but there are no Fitbit apps for it yet.
