‘We’re not in the gym’: Fitness coach says kids need to eat more food to stay fit

The fitness coach behind the “Healthy Kids” movement is warning that young people need to be “more creative” in how they eat to stay healthy.

“I think the message needs to be more creative,” Lisa Kuehl, founder of The Healthy Kids Fitness Academy, told ABC News.

“Kids are not the same as adults, and they have different needs.

So we need to find out what works for them.”

The academy’s mission is to help young people understand what works and what doesn’t.

“It’s all about creating a balance,” Kuehr told ABCNews.

A recent study from the U.S. Department of Agriculture found that while people ages 12-24 gained about 1kg (2lbs) over a six-month period, those over the age of 40 gained only 1.7kg (3lbs). “

You don’t need to get in the shape and be physically active just to stay at a healthy weight.”

A recent study from the U.S. Department of Agriculture found that while people ages 12-24 gained about 1kg (2lbs) over a six-month period, those over the age of 40 gained only 1.7kg (3lbs).

That translates to about one extra kilogram (2.2lb) over six months.

In a report from the University of Washington, researchers found that one extra gram of fat is associated with a 1.5kg (4lb) increase in body weight.

While some of that fat can be stored in your body as fat, a person with a higher body mass index (BMI) has more fat to burn when it comes to losing weight.

But that extra fat isn’t as easily converted into body fat as it is when you’re exercising.

Instead, the extra fat is stored as a protein, called leptin, which is secreted by your body.

The more leptin in your fat, the higher your energy levels.

“People get more energy when they exercise,” Kuhl said.

Kuehls’ advice is to take steps to make your diet more diverse. “

This is what makes exercise important and what we want to encourage people to do.”

Kuehls’ advice is to take steps to make your diet more diverse.

For instance, instead of going to the gym or exercising regularly, make a commitment to a less intense activity that you’re already good at.

Instead of sticking to the same workout routine every day, you can work on something new and improve your body composition.

Exercise can also help with your mood.

If you’re having a bad day or have an anxious or depressed mood, Kuehn recommends giving yourself some time off.

“Try to take a little time off and do some things you enjoy,” she said.

She also recommends trying a new activity, such as yoga, for at least two weeks.

Exercise is a great way to get your mind and body used to being outside, Kuhls said.

Exercise helps you focus and helps you feel energized.

“If you don’t do anything, then you’re not going to feel that great,” she explained.

“A little bit of exercise, a little bit more exercise, and then you’ll be ready to go again.”

“When I first started the program, I had to take this course to get certified,” Kuchel said.

“I went through about two weeks of yoga.

I took a yoga class with a group of eight students.

It took about five days to complete the program.

It was very, very challenging, but it was really good.”

The program is open to anyone who wants to try it.

Kuehl said it was important to make the program more accessible.

“We want people to feel comfortable and not be embarrassed about their fitness,” she added.

“Everyone should feel comfortable.”

The healthiest kids in America are the ones who have the most active lifestyles, Kuches said.

They should follow a diet that focuses on high-quality fats, whole foods and plant-based products, Kuklas said.

For example, Kühl encourages people to get a regular exercise routine, such to a brisk walk or jogging, and a good workout.
